Personal Background: Amitava Mukherjee is a senior citizen from India. He has retired in the year 1997 from Tata Steel, where he was working as the Head of the Mechanical Maintenance. Amitava has started his first website in memory of his father. A great humanist and philosopher, during his lifetime his father tried to publish a small booklet "On Death And Duty". It contained his thoughts about life and what it is all about. He passed away at the ripe old age of 81 without succeeding to get his booklet published. The site slowly morphed into a safe site for family and children.

Victoria Veligodsky: What difficulties made you look for this kind of software?

Amitava Mukherjee: There are about 500 view visitors per day at my Dadazi site. The site mostly has ebooks compiled from html pages. Downloading them is difficult for many people, as they have slow (56kpbs) dial up internet connections. The attempt is to keep each download within the upper limit of 1 MB. However, it is not always successful. I needed to reduce the page from 1.39MB to 0.99Mb.
Victoria Veligodsky: Where did you look for the solution and how did you find Flash Optimizer?

Amitava Mukherjee: I conducted a Google search using key words "Compress Flash" and found your Flash Optimizer immediately.
