Victoria Veligodsky: What challenges made you search for this kind of software?

Dan Shell: I couldn't convert SWF files. I was having problems converting and even viewing any SWF files! All the software I tried couldn’t help me with my problem.

Dan Shell: Well, I started off by doing a Google Search on the SWF Converters. I found many different converters that took a long time to convert. The other converters took about the length of the SWF file to convert. Finally, Google returned me a result with Eltima's SWF & FLV Toolbox. I decided to try out your software, too.

Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try other products for the same task before choosing Eltima solution? Why did you prefer our product?

Dan Shell: Yes, I tried several conversion products, but none of them compared to this one. One of them kept crashing on my computer, and the other ones had to actually play the file in front of you and then record it. With SWF & FLV Toolbox software, you could simply add a SWF file and hit "process". It only took about 2-3 minutes unlike other software I used. I absolutely love your program as it was the best AND fastest one that I found around the web!

Victoria Veligodsky: Please, describe how you are using SWF & FLV Toolbox now.

Dan Shell: I will just be converting a few SWF files, and then be done with it. Basically, I needed to convert the SWF file to an AVI file on my computer, so that I could then convert that AVI file to a file that would be compatible with my cell phone. In other words, I'm converting the SWF file to be compatible with my phone.

Victoria Veligodsky: How did you benefit from using Eltima's solution?

Dan Shell: Eltima SWF & FLV Toolbox saved me lots of time. It has some great features and options to choose from. What I like is that you can choose the codec you want to decode or process the SWF video file with.
