Personal Background: Murilo Moss Barquette is a Brazilian living in Rio de Janeiro. He is 47, he is married and raises a daughter. Murilo is a flutist and he plays at 2 orchestras: Orquestra Sinfonica Nacional - Universidade Federal Fluminense and Orquestra Petrobras Sinfonica. However, he is not one of those who dedicate only to music. He likes to spend time studying languages (he studied English, Russian, Spanish and Hebrew. Arabic is still a project), computer programming (Murilo studied C++, MySQL, PHP and HTML), electronics, math... Victoria Veligodsky: Why did you start searching for this kind of software? Murilo Moss Barquette: The main challenge was to edit a Flash file at the website. I needed to remove a link from a Flash command. Victoria Veligodsky: Where and how did you find Flash Decompiler? Murilo Moss Barquette: I was searching for .swf files editor. I downloaded the trial version but didn't know what to do. When uninstalling the product a page for leaving a feedback opened, I wrote a comment about the problems I have encountered. And then I received a message from Eltima representative about how to edit .swf files, converting these files to .fla files. So, we got it! Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try using other products for the same task before choosing Eltima solution? What made you prefer our product? Murilo Moss Barquette: Actually, no. But I decided to keep trying to use Flash Decompiler after support encouragement (thanks a lot to Janna Chelsy). Victoria Veligodsky: How are you using Flash Decompiler now? What are you using it for? Murilo Moss Barquette: I don't intend to use this product intensively because I am not a web designer. I just wanted to help my wife's company updating little things in a website. I really want the website to look nice and pretty. And Flash Decompiler is a help for this. Victoria Veligodsky: How did you actually benefit from using Eltima Flash Decompiler? Murilo Moss Barquette: It made my task easier and I had fun doing it. Here is my website which I managed to alter using Flash Decompiler: see when you roll the mouse over the menu, the color changes to dark blue. Flash Decompiler allowed me to see all the commands and behaviors of each action so I could edit them the way I want.
