Virtual Serial Port Driver XP Lite 5.0
Virtual Serial Port Driver XP Lite is a light-weighted version of Virtual Serial Port Driver XP configuration tool, which purpose is to emulate RS232 serial ports connected via virtual null-modem cable using Virtual Serial Port Driver. Virtual Serial Ports created by VSPD XP Lite work exactly the same as real ports in your system and once they are created you may access them from any application as if they are "standard" hardware serial ports. However, unlike VSPD XP Standard Edition, Lite version doesn't allow managing signal lines such as DTR/DSR/RTS/CTS, doesn't allow setting custom connection wiring, doesn't allow to use different driver and doesn't provide PnP support, doesn't allow Virtual Serial Port overlapping. You will be restricted in number of Virtual Serial Ports and you won't be able to receive advanced Virtual Serial Port information using configuration utility.
