This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Eltima Software GmbH.

The SOFTWARE is the property of Eltima Software GmbH and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

Personal License

If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follows:

You may:

1. Install and use one copy of the purchased software on a single, stand-alone computer.
2. As a registered user, receive latest updates equally within the main version number and to a higher main version number for free.

You may not:

1. Sell, load or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE, in whole or in part.
2. Decompile, disassemble, deflash, deSWF, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
3. Copy in whole or in part the SOFTWARE or any component thereof.
4. Sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it (unless you are an authorized reseller/partner).
5. Use the program for commercial purposes in business, commercial environment.

Warranty disclaimer:

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Eltima Software GmbH disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

Disclaimer of damages

Eltima Software GmbH assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Eltima Software GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
