The are two possible reasons for the issue you have encountered:
a. This problem may arise if you have Nero Vision Express (which is a part of Nero Burning suite) installed in your system. Whenever operating system enquires the available filters in order to render to movie and encounter NeVideo.ax/NeAudio.ax downstream filters it generates the above messagebox. To fix this problem, please, unregister both filters by issuing regsvr32 /u NeVideo.ax and regsvr32 /u NeAudio.ax in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\” folder.
Here are the step-by-step instructions to unregister the filters:
1) Go to start – run… – enter “cmd” and press Enter
2) Then type
regsvr32 /u “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeVideo.ax” press Enter
you will see the message:
DllUnregisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeVideo.ax succeeded.
3) Perform the same actions with another file:
regsvr32 /u “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeAudio.ax” press Enter
b. We were able to find the same issues described at some forums (e.g. (http://www.indigorose.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2357). They say the issue can be caused by DivX codec (some specific version of this codec). Try reinstalling (deleting) DivX or maybe updating it at your PC. Â The issue should be gone.
