What If My Order Failed or Was Rejected?

As you know, you purchase Eltima products from our official e-commerce resellers: cleverbridge AG, 2Checkout or FastSpring.

So, if you had already placed the order, but it was declined or rejected, we would recommend the following:

  • If the message “Credit card was declined” appears while processing an order it means that your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Our e-commerce reseller can hardly explain why it happened, because they simply get the response from a credit card company or a bank that issued the card. Usually a quick call to your credit card bank’s customer service will clear this up.
  • If problems persist, please contact our e-commerce reseller and they will manually process the order. You can also try other payment options to have the order processed.
  • And finally, you can always contact us directly to get a prompt help on placing the order. We offer email, phone (with callback) and online chat support for sales and billing inquiries.
