No connection to flexihub server?(Read 6636 times)
No connection to flexihub server? on: April 28, 2016, 03:16:25 PM
I have internet connection and I am getting an error that I can't connect to flexihub server? Is the server down or having an issue? Is there something that could have gotten blocked on my firewall? For firewall, what should be unblocked for proper communication?

Please send us at support@eltima.com the Flexihub logs, we'll check what might be wrong.

On Windows, you can save the logs by pressing "Save internal logs" in the File menu; similarly on Mac: "Flexihub" -> "Save logs".
