Commander One and Spotlight(Read 2654 times)
Commander One and Spotlight on: June 19, 2016, 09:22:19 PM
Hi

I have a very annoying problem when using Commander One.
When I use Commander One and I'd like to search something using Spotlight (the classic spotlight search, not the one included with Commander One), I use the shortcut Cmd+Space to open Spotlight. Then if I press the  backspace key on the spotlight search, it does not delete the last character, but it applies the backspace shortcut of Commander One (go to the parent folder). It does the same thing using the delete key, it tries to delete the selected file or folder.
Is there a workaround for this problem ?

Thank you in advance for your answer.
Simon

Hi,

We will do our best to fix this issue as soon as possible.

As a temporary workaround you can uncheck the "Ignore system setting for F1-F12" box in Commander One preferences -> Hotkeys. However, please note, that not all hotkeys (F1-F12) may work properly after that.

It works. I will use it until you fix the problem.
Thank you for your answer and the great job to develop Commander One.
