Commander One - SSH(Read 4684 times)
Commander One - SSH on: October 03, 2016, 10:06:13 PM
Hello,
How I can use private key (.ppk) authorization for SFTP connection?
I was trying to Cyberduck connect to my server using ppk certificate for authorization, it works - no problem, but when I use Commander One it doesn`t connect and gives message "Authentication faled". It doesn't ask password for private key, though from my point of view it should.
How I can resolve this problem?

Hi,

What edition (from App Store or our web-site) and version number of Commander One is installed on your Mac?

Could you please send us the console log?

1) launch Console.app;
2) select "Clear display" in the console;
3) launch Commander One;
4) reproduce the issue;
5) copy and send us the records from the console.

About Commander One"?

OpenSSH's private key format.
