* Please specify whether you are using the App Store or the onsite version of CloudMounter;
* Please send us a crash report if you receive any;
* Provide us with the console log:
1) start Console.app;
2) select the "system.log" tab (for 10.11 and earlier - tab "All Messages");
3) press "Clear";
4) start CloudMounter;
5) reproduce the issue;
6) copy all the records from the console, that appeared there.
* Please describe your step-by-step actions so that we could reproduce the issue on our side.
