CloudMount for Win - Google Drive Read only? on: October 19, 2017, 02:32:33 PM
As Eltima's support seems non-existent to paying customers I wounder if anybody on the forum has had the same issue and know of any fix.

CloudMount for Windows - Win10pro

I have it installed and signed into two separate google drive accounts. Both let me open files and copy to desktop etc, however neither let me save or copy files to the gdrives. I get an error message saying I need to free up space to copy the file.

Both Google accounts are business ones with unlimited storage so I know there isn't a problem with that.

Any ideas on how to fix or how to contact Eltima for a refund would be good as they don't respond to emails or phone calls.

In order to take a closer look at this issue, we would kindly ask you to send us the log file located here:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Eltima Software\CloudMounter\logs
