Is it possible to set Commander Pro as default to replace Finder?(Read 7374 times)
Hi,

I have purchased it today and I would like to set it as new Finder replacement.

Is it possible?

And I would like to have only one mode instead of dual-mode, to have sidebar for favorites and to rename multiple files once in all.

Once that we register a new username, we find too unnecessary to type the captcha every time that we post and modify.

Thank you for your attention!

Hello Gustavo,

It is not possible to use Commander One as a Finder replacement.

Commander One was designed as a dual-pane file manager and cannot be used in one window mode.

I bought Commander One mostly because of this article
(cannot post external links but search for eltima best mac finder replacements)

It is on eltima site and states that Commander One *IS* a finder replacement.

Was I fooled by Eltima advertisement?

This statement means that Commander One file manager can be used instead of Finder file manager.

You can use Commander One when working with your files, and do not use Show in Finder option if you are not going to work with Finder.
