Explorer hangs when we connect remote USB on: December 19, 2018, 12:53:13 PM
Hi All,

We've a remote USB device which is shared on a Server.

We mounted USB drive on Server and on the mounted drive, we clicked eject on and clicked on disconnect in UNG.

Now, from a different machine, if we try to connect to this USB drive, drive is displayed as Removable Drive but windows explorer getting hanged.

The only option that we've is disconnect the USB on client.

Can you help us.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching us. Please reconfigure USB Network Gate on the server machine and enable "Allow disconnection by other users" option. This option allows remote clients to be disconnected from the shared USB device by other clients.
