SyncMate 7 Unable to Sync Rescheduled Single Calendar Single Event from a Series(Read 1341 times)
Has anyone experienced this issue? I have a recurring meeting om my Mac calendar (that is actually an Exchange calendar item).  If a single event from the recurring series is rescheduled, SyncMate does not detect the change and does not sync it to Google calendar



Please send us the feedback to our support @ eltima . com ( without spaces ) We need a screenshot of the Calendar plugin configuration and an Activity log after the actual sync attempt (click "Show log" -> "Send to technical support" -> enter your email address and leave a few comments). We'll do our best to reveal the cause of the problem and help with troubleshooting.

UPDATE:  Just sent the log in with a cancelled single meeting from a series and the resulting exceptions.

Please use 'Reset history' option in the Calendar plugin tab of the SyncMate in order to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, please send us an Activity log after the actual sync attempt (click "Show log" -> "Send to technical support" -> enter your email address and leave a few comments).
