Syncmate and Moto Q11, no connection on: November 13, 2009, 12:17:43 AM
Hi there

I just downloaded the current version of Syncmate and I can't get it to connect (with Motorola Q11).
I have it under Snow Leopard and tried everything I read here (uninstalling, changing the USB connection, etc. All I get is a "Connecting..." on my screen, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I tried to sync via Bluetooth too (I installed the Syncmate driver on the device), but I can't get the IP address right (it gives me the wrong one apparently).

I tried Missing Sync before and it work very well (BTW, I uninstalled it completely before I installed Syncmate).

What shoud I do? I'm about to give up on SyncMate... :(

Please note that moto Q mobile phone is not present on the list of the devices supported by SyncMate.

Find the information about device compatibility at the page:

But we are working on full support of this mobile phone model and will implement it in one of the future releases of SyncMate.
