1. Normally, when you connect your mobile device to Mac, SyncMate driver is copied to your device. Your mobile device may ask whether you want to run this driver or not. Did you have such a question?

2. Launch Applications->Utilities->Console, select LOG FILES->/Library/Logs->SyncMate->rapiback.log  and send us rapiback.log.

3. Send us your firewall settings: find Applications->Utilities->Terminal and run the following command:

sudo ipfw show

Send us the output of this command.

I:No password is need, director(0x3040f0) start idling.

3.Firewall settings

OK, you've manually copied SyncMate driver to your mobile device. Now please try to launch the divers manually: double-click on it. When the interface appears try to connect your mobile device to Mac.

Same result as before, at first the phone gets an ip address than loses the connection.
Log messages are the same too.

Do you have any other synchronization tools(Pocket Mac, Missing Sync) installed in your system? Or may be Parallels?
If yes, please try to uninstall such software and to delete their network interfaces in your Mac Network settings. Then reboot your Mac and connect to your Win Mobile device again.

No other sync tool is installed but isync.

Re: Syncmate 2.4 and Samsung GT-C6620 Reply #7 on: December 22, 2009, 04:46:37 PM
Please try to reinstall SyncMate driver on your mobile device: remove SyncMate driver(via "remove programs") on your mobile device, then reboot your device and connect it to Mac via USB.
Do you have any previous versions of SyncMate on your Mac? If yes, please uninstall old versions.

Done, but no effects.

I would recommend you to try the latest update.
To download the latest build, please follow: http://mac.eltima.com/download/syncmate.dmg
NOTE: to upgrade, first uninstall the current build (from Mac using uninstaller.pkg and from mobile device), reboot and install the new build.

Did you uninstall previous version of SyncMate and then installed the new version, or you installed the new build of SyncMate over already installed old build?

If you installed the latest build of SyncMate over already installed old build, please, uninstall currently installed build of SyncMate, reboot your computer and install the latest build.

If the issue still persists, please, provide the crash log.
