Adding Eltima as a Vendor

Since payment processing and order fulfillment are done by our e-commerce resellers, we recommend that you add them as vendors.

Below is their information that you might need:

  • cleverbridge AG: Vendor Form and W-8-BEN-E Form

    Note: Because cleverbridge AG is a German company, US customers should be using the W-8-BEN-E form, not the W-9. Under the US FATCA rules, these payments are not considered withholdable payments. Therefore, no FATCA status is provided on the attached W-8BEN-E and no withholding should be made.
