If your order has been successfully processed by our e-commerce reseller (Avangate; FastSpring), you should get an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received such email from our payment processor, then make sure that you haven’t got any other messages from them notifying you about some issues that could have happened while processing the order.
Please, also make sure that a confirmation email was not blocked by your antispam filter.
If you still can’t find any notifications about your order status, please either contact our e-commerce reseller directly or send a request to Eltima Support Team and provide the following details:
- The exact date of making the purchase;
- The full name you have used during the purchase;
- Email address you have indicated during the purchase;
- Reference number (Order ID) in case you have it.
