WMV to Flash conversion

The fact is that SWF format supports the constant FPS value, i.e. the period of time is the same between any two frames.

The WMV format not always features the constant value of FPS.

SWF Video Converter is trying to obtain the FPS value from the original WMV file and creates the output SWF file with this FPS value.

In case it is impossible to obtain the WMV file FPS, the output FPS value is automatically considered to be 25 fps. This may be the reason for audio and video mistiming in the output SWF file.

We are working on this WMV peculiarity and are going to add the feature to convert all types of WMV files to SWF Video Converter soon.
