You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software under the following conditions:
- The Licensee may install and use the Software for commercial purposes or business environment.
- The Licensee may install and use any number of copies of the Software on compatible systems, provided all copies are registered for the Licensee’s Company name, and all systems are located within the Licensee’s Company premises within one geographical location.
- The Software may be installed and used on any number of systems that belong to the Licensee’s Company.
- The Software may be installed and used by an unlimited number of developers provided they are employees of the Licensee’s Company.
