Synchronization with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch

SyncMate allows you to synchronize with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch connected to your Mac via USB cable. SyncMate is compatible with iOS 3, 4, 5 and 6 running devices.

Let’s see how to establish connection between SyncMate on Mac and iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch via USB cable:

If “Add new discovered devices automatically” option in SyncMate Preferences is disabled (it is disabled by default):

1. Click add_con_button button, located in the upper right corner of SyncMate main screen. “Device connection Wizard” will be invoked.

2. Select “iPhone” connection:

3. You will be prompted to connect the device to your Mac via USB cable. Please, plug in the device.

4. Click “Continue” button.

5. Your device will appear in SyncMate “Devices list” area. Now you can start synchronization. See below the full list of synchronization options for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

If “Add new discovered devices automatically” option is enabled in SyncMate Preferences (it is disabled by default):

1. Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to your Mac via USB cable.

2. The device will automatically appear in SyncMate “Devices list” area. Now you can start synchronization.
