Unlimited Business License is the analog of Business License with more possibilities. Unlimited Business Licenses that are registered in a legal entity name allow using the software on any computer, operating system, and by any developer within a legal entity.

This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Eltima Software GmbH.

The SOFTWARE is the property of Eltima Software GmbH and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

Unlimited Business License

If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follows :

You may :

1. Install and use the purchased software on an unlimited number of stand-alone computers or on a company’s secure network of computers, being the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or accredited agents, for any legal purpose.
2. Install and use the software in any offices of the company that purchased the software worldwide, being the purchaser, the purchaser’s employees or accredited agents.
3. As a purchaser, purchaser’s employees or accredited agents registered user, receive latest updates equally within the main version number and to a higher main version number for free.

You may not :

1. Sell, load or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE, in whole or in part.
2. Decompile, disassemble, deflash, deSWF, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
3. Emulate, clone, copy in whole or in part the SOFTWARE or any component thereof.
4. Sublicense, distribute, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it (unless you are an authorized reseller/partner).

Warranty disclaimer :

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Eltima Software GmbH disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

Disclaimer of damages :

Eltima Software GmbH assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Eltima Software GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.
In no case may this product be bundled with hardware or software without written permission from Eltima Software.

Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the program files from your storage devices and cease to use the program.
